We have MULTIPLE opportunities available for entry-level Licensing Compliance Specialists who are detailed oriented, able to retain large amounts of information and can apply critical thinking to understand the bigger picture when looking at a contract and reviewing information.
As a Licensing Compliance Specialist, you are the last compliance check before a contract is finalized and approved. You must be proficient at working with MS Office apps, and have an eye for detail; consistent accuracy and thoroughness are essential.
You will be part of a global team with local management and support. Successful candidates will have opportunities for growth, promotions and the ability to earn bi-annual bonuses.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree including Economics, Math, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
Fluent in English
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to quickly learn and apply policy updates (Sometimes on the same day)
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel including shortcuts and basic formulas
Willingness to work some holidays, weekends and after hours during high volume times of the year

Additional Skills:

Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines while maintaining speed and accuracy
Some sort of compliance or audit experience is desired but the ability to understand policy and enforce compliance is required
Comfortable working in an unstructured environment and self-accountability
Strong decision-making skills
Possess the fortitude and passion to understand the bigger picture
