Makino Asia Pte Ltd – Mill Turn Application Engineer

We are looking for experienced Application Engineer with great engineering knowledge in Mill & Turn operation. The ideal candidate should have the interest in machinery industry & and willing to travel up to 20% at times for overseas project.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out training for internal & external customer
Provide support on the operation & use of Makino Products
Provide machining process & product recommendations to suit to customer parts
Demonstrate machine operation and machine features at trade shows and open house events
Perform machine test to demonstrate capability / prove processing concepts
Travel to customer place for machine testing & troubleshooting
Prepare technical training contents & manual
Lead the process development plan for Mill Turn applications

Qualifications

Proficient with 3D & 2D CAD design software, like NX, Solidworks, Mastercam, Hypermill, etc.
Good in MS Office and general computer knowledge
Minimum Diploma in related technical field plus two years of experience in a machine tool related field, or 5 years of experience in a related position
