Conduct playtests, gather and summarise feedback.

Requirements

Familiarity with Unity3D 
Familiarity with spreadsheets and formulas
Strong understanding of stat curves, player progression systems, and gameplay loops
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to identify, break down, and define core mechanics
Intuitive understanding of how similar action games work and why people play them.
