IRCTC is still is good business. Risk of Govt. Regulation will always be there.

What to do now ?

Book you profit/losses at this point of time
And Buy at lower levels.
In next quarter you will again see rise in IRCTC.

If you don't remember, during demonetization, IRCTC was asked to not charge any convenience fee (Internet Charges)

If you see, last two years Internet Charges are the major part of revenue but that was not the case earlier and that won't be the case in future too.

And also IRCTC can increase convenience fee and load will come on consumers.

So take your decision wisely.
