How to download an application from the App Store if it is not available for your country.
To get out of the situation, you can try changing the country in your Apple ID.
How to do it:
Open "Settings" and click on your name. Find the line "Media & purchases" and click "View Account". Click “Country/Region”. Find the country you want in the list and accept the user agreement.
