In the USA, a passenger with no experience landed the plane safely after the pilot lost consciousness. The incident occurred on board a Cessna 208 aircraft, which was en route from the international airport in the Bahamas to Florida.

Approximately 112 km. north of the destination, the pilot fainted. Instead of panic, passenger Darren Harrison independently figured out how to contact the dispatcher and outlined the situation.
