ITI Funds and «Inversion» management team have launched the first Non-core Assets Fund in CIS focused on investments in private debt. The first investment round is 90% closed. The investment conditions are:
- The target return for investors: 50% in rub terms. The deals pipeline is available upon request - Dividend payment: every six months, 50-90% of the accumulated profit. The first payment: in 12 months - Fund lifespan: 3 years. Early redemption available - Assets: debts secured by liquid assets; debts of real sector enterprises
