AUO Showcases 480Hz Gaming Monitor and Laptop Displays
AUO at SID Display Week 2022 showed a 24-inch display and 16-inch panel for laptops with 480Hz refresh rate support. Both screens support a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, have a response below 1 ms and use a TN matrix at their core.
The company does not indicate more detailed technical characteristics of the panels. In addition, AUO did not provide any information as to when monitor manufacturers will be able to obtain such solutions for use in their desktop monitors and laptops.
