Twitter plans to sue Elon Musk

Bloomberg, citing internal sources, reports that Twitter has turned to the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz to sue Elon Musk. This is due to the fact that Musk decided to terminate the deal to buy the social network for $44 billion.

The application is scheduled to be filed with a Delaware court this week.
