Russia, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Oman and Iraq have voluntarily cut the oil production.

The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait announced oil production cuts starting May. In separate statements, the OPEC+ countries said the cuts are to ensure stability in energy market. Keep in mind that Russia has also cut it's production too. This is going to easily remove over 1 million bpd of oil from the market.
