•NH 9 arrested without violating a single law or disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct of any sort during the commencement of the executive council meeting on Oct 13th, 2021. The cops even admitted in the most recent hearing they had pre-planned to arrest the 9 due to what took place at previous meetings. They had chosen suspects then searched for a crime, and even put on the arrest sheets that they were arrested for saying "AMEN" at the end of the pledge of allegiance at the request of Chris Sununu. At previous meetings no charges were brought because no crimes were committed. This was retaliation. Total 1A violation!
