As a team observed each individual who was going in and out of the Federal District Court this week (all entrances), who were attending the US v Sussman trial, the team:
1. listened and observed testimony in the courtroom, observed nonverbal queues by the judge, jury, prosecution, defense, witnesses, media, family and others present. Took notes and then compiled them with the transcripts.
2. listened to and observed the discussions by all parties to the trial during breaks and lunch from Courtroom 27,
3. observed who attended and listened to the discussion in the media room and overflow room 23,
At the conclusion of week one of the trial, several questions kept coming up:
How long have
1. Mike Pence, his former Chief of Staff Joshua Pitcock and Jason's wife Katherine Seaman (Peter Strzok's Analyst)
2. Jim Baker
3. Michael Horowitz
4. Another person (will name later)
known each other?
Reminder, Pence was on the House Judiciary Committee for 10 years from 2001-2013 which had the responsibility for "oversight" of Baker/Horowitz and other person(s).
What are on the two Jim Baker phones that Michael Horowitz still supposedly has in his possession? And who downloaded full copies remotely before they were confiscated?
“in early January 2022, the Special Counsel’s Office learned for the first time that the OIG currently possesses two FBI cellphones of the former FBI General Counsel.”
Why would the OIG have them?
Could it be possible that the answer is to ensure Baker testifies in a favorable manner to protect the duopoly, AKA uniparty, AKA Deep State?
