Sudanese rapist Ishaq Al-Noor was allowed to claim asylum in the UK after arriving illegally.

A few months after raping the student he lay in wait at the cemetery again and attacked another woman who eventually managed to escape after a violent struggle. This woman thought she was going to be murdered and suffered so much after the attack she tried to take her own life.
