Have spoken to several people about stuff. There is an increasing amount of people standing on their rights in lower state courts.
These courts are occupied by the least knowledgeable judges. They are full of judges used to running game with attorneys against people’s rights and getting away with it.
So it looks like persecution is increasing and injustice is more widespread (and it is), but what is actually happening is that the modern corruptions are being challenged more & more by the real law.
