This article is indeed reporting the truth but when does the "state" ever tell you the truth? Well, at this point in the chess match THEY want to discredit government as much as possible, in the same way that they discredited the church over the last 100 years by purposely riddling the church with peds, scandal etc. When you want to take something down completely, you openly discredit it. The same is being done for medical doctors. Very few people trust doctors anymore and that's all by design as well. THEY don't want the public trusting government now or doctors or the church......because the people organizing this stage show want the public to walk over voluntarily into a one-party technocratic dictatorship where they're ruled as surfs....as the Royal Families take their place yet again as Kings and Queens over the feudal estate. Is this headline truthful? Absolutely it is but it's there to make government purposely look "not trustable", which was always part of the plan the entire time. That's the rub. This is all scripted. Know thy enemy and you'll always see the bigger picture.
