Reflecting on yesterday’s SCOTUS ruling ending racist admissio | Jeffrey Peterson - jeff.pro

Reflecting on yesterday’s SCOTUS ruling ending racist admissions policies at universities, thought I’d add something you probably won’t hear anywhere else.

Many of you know that through a very unexpected series of events, I ended up starting the first well known technology company for bilingual (English/Spanish) Hispanics in the U.S., grew it as one of the first Social Networks to 40+ million active users, sold it. That was an unexpected, surreal outcome for a guy who flunked 8th grade Spanish class. But it’s a story for another day.

Something I did learn, from 10+ years working in and around Spanish speaking countries, is that the Mexican culture is, indeed, what SJW’s would call incredibly “racist.” It is, plain and simple. This is not meant as an attack on Mexicans or anyone else, it’s just true.

In that past life, a long time ago, (the year 2005), I was a technology advisor to Mexican President Vicente Fox at a time when he made a comment to CNN that “Mexicans in the U.S. are willing to do the jobs that blacks won’t even do.” He said it in a live interview on national television. A few days later amid public outrage, CNN again brought President Fox on TV in front of the U.S. audience for another live interview, asking him to clarify his prior comments, to which he said, “it’s true!” lol.

Here’s an article about it, from back then -> https://www.eastbaytimes.com/2005/05/17/mexican-president-defends-comment-abouts-blacks/
