PRAYERLord, today we are gathered here to pray,
This week, please guide our path each day.
Though giants block the righteous way,
Give us strength when we stray.
Teach us how, with morals pure,
To build anew in ways that will endure.
As David fought Goliath before,
Help us uphold justice evermore.
As Jesus Your Son worked
with wood and nail,
To build and create, without fail,
Teach us too, in this modern age,
How to best build and create,
and to engage.
Guide our hands, minds, and hearts,
As together we play our parts,
To build our families, faith, and towns,
Staying true in You, we won't back down.
Christ our rock on whom we stand,
As told in the Gospels, across the land,
Teach us to rebuild our new world so it is fair,
Bless us with wisdom, joy, and care.
May our innovations work for good,
Follow morals, as they should.
Guided by ethics, justice and might,
Serving all people in Your light.
On this beautiful Sunday,
