This machine was 100% real. If anyone can remember back to the day when devices, TV’s, many radios were powered with vacuum tubes, you might remember seeing a vacuum tube tester machine in an electronics store.
For those who remember, it was a special time in the history of technological innovation. Even today, there is an argument that vacuum tube-powered amplifiers produce higher fidelity audio than “solid-state.”
