Texas Supreme Court has ruled Facebook can be held liable for sex traffickers that use its platform to recruit & prey on child victims.

FB tried to hide behind its section 230 protection but the Court said Section 230 doesn’t mean FB can operate as a “lawless no-man’s-land”.
