ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Telesales Agent you will be required to:
1. Present, promote and sell Jiji premium services to existing and prospective customers
2. Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships with JIJI clients
3. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within stipulated schedule
4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
5. Collaborate sales effort with team members and other departments
6. Keep abreast with Jiji services being offered, understanding new features and best sales practices to assist in boosting sales
7. Continuously improve sales skills through customer feedback, personal learning
initiatives etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
2. Previous experience in tele sales
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Relationship management skills
5. Integrity and Professionalism

COMPENSATION
Salary plus bonus on all sales made
