SALES EXECUTIVE
Our Client is a market leader in the supply of a wide range of Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Equipment, Industrial Cleaning Equipment among others and looking to hire a vibrant and enthusiastic results driven Sales Executive. Are you looking for an exciting Challenge?

Reporting to General Manager and Based in Nairobi


BROAD FUNCTION
Responsible for sales of the company’s products/ Services. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues. Accomplishes business development activities by researching, developing and implementing sales opportunities and plans.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manages the product line to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
Identify sales opportunities by identifying customer requirements; identifying market strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business through cold calling and generating pipelines.
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities and proposing new product ideas.
Sustain rapport with key customers by making regular visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Prepare Daily & Weekly site visit reports and projections for the following week
Organize for training and demonstration where necessary.
Meet and exceed set monthly, half yearly and yearly sales targets.
Ensure collections of all sales made in the shortest time possible while following up on long-term outstanding payments
Set up meetings with customers and visit sites where necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Related Field, Sales & Marketing or a related course
3-6 years’ experience in the field of Sales
Industry Experience will be an added advantage
Team Player with Good communication skills both verbal and written
Computer Literate with Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Bottom line orientation
Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
Client relationship management abilities
High energy Level and good negotiation skills
Go-getter attitude
Self-discipline and ability bear with minimum work pressure

Compensation: Kshs25,000/- 30,000/- plus commission
