* URGENT REQUIREMENT*
Require a Career Counselor Immediately with Psychology background with 5 years of experience for a reputed Organization at Patto, Panjim.

The Roles and Responsibilities of Career Counsellor are as follows:

1. The person appointed as Career Counselor must have his presence in the Premises of the organisation based at Patto, Panjim. The Prime Job Process is to provide Career Counseling to all the Prospects who walk-in to the office on daily basis. As the Candidate will be a Job Seeker or even a fresh pass out looking for Employment, the Career Counselor must give him/her the right direction with regards to Career Guidance by analyzing his needs and matching with his education and talent.

2. Whenever Job Meets/Job drives are held, Conduct Career Counseling for the Applicants to analyze their capability and prepare them for the Corresponding Interview. This can be either in the Organization office itself or in any of the sites/places where the job meets/ drives are held.

3. Represent the organisation as Career Counselor in various forum either offline or online in Educational Institutions, Corporates and Government Concerns.

4. Work with the team to improve the Registration of Candidates for Career Guidance.

5. Give a Daily, Weekly and Monthly plan to achieve the Career Counseling numbers and co-ordinate with the team to make it practical.

6. Focus on achieving the Career Counseling target with the support of the team.
