Jot Self-Development Program is a startup legal organization registered in Addis Ababa, operating as a social enterprise. It is a certified member of the national body for social enterprises in Ethiopia named “Social Enterprise Ethiopia”.
We basically are striving to address and enhance ,as well, the life skill capacity of individuals, specifically youths.

We are hiring undergraduate students as an intern in our organization. This internship is unpaid however shortlisted applicants will be compensated with different benefits included in the below link.

On this meeting we discussed about our previous leadership workshop held on August 7,discussed the accomplishments and draw backs.we belive we were successful, managed to sustain the custom goal of JSDP.

The workshop was full of engagement session of trainer with emerging leaders and brilliant ideas raised by trainer and also guests.
The workshop also create an opportunity for some emerging leaders to get free leadership training program from Safe light.
