Quick rule update regarding recent transfer abuse

Thanks to reports from our users, now we understand that there is an abuse regarding quick transfer and using non-tradable shards for upgrading.
For the already updated heroes, we will not put a ban because we did not cover it in our rule.

However, from now on, this abuse will not be allowed anymore, and will result in a ban of account/ transfer.
The technical solutions will follow shortly.
