The driver who was driving the public service vehicle (PSV) that caused the death of Deputy Inspector General of Police Edward Mbugua’s daughter will remain in police custody, pending conclusion of investigations.

Patrick Magu was arrested on Thursday following the incident that occurred within Nairobi’s Central Business District (CBD) and arraigned on Friday.

He will be detained at the Central Police Station, Nairobi.
