Just pronouncing individual words correctly is not likely to lead to a high score.

Make sure that you work on advanced pronunciation features such as "Word stress" "Sentence stress" and "Connected speech.

I'm pretty sure you have got lots of problems in terms of pronunciation if your speaking is 6 or 6.5.
