Former MLA MJ Jacob is a fitness freak and even at the age of 82 wakes up at 4am and goes for a walk and run. He does yoga and stays fit.
He won 2 BRONZE medals in teh 80m and 200m hurdles at the World Masters in Finland.
Not satisfied, he is focussing on GOLD Medal in the next event
