For those of you that are logic minded, let's consider these ballots.
If the ballots that were 19" images printed on 20" paper were not readable by the tabulators at the precincts...and then...
Put into Drawer 3...and then...
Packed up and sent to the central count for counting...and then...
Run through the tabulators there...
How do we think that process ended?
