Washington state has a drop down initial system perturbation to differentiate the percentage progression from Colorado. Colorado has more of the traditional PID curve into the setpoint. the initial drop system perturbation makes the progression to the setpoint a little more linear, but boy! does that show up in the overall totals graph.
