So - the wonderful @WiiJama did some more plotting for me. The math kind, not the Dominion kind. I was suspicious that the same algorithm was at work in all the states. She took the Arkansas vote ratio and the North Dakota vote ratio and scaled them on a timeline by minutes from when the first report came in (elapsed time scale, not same timestamps) and then plotted them one on the primary y-axis and the secondary y-axis to account for the different setpoints assigned to each state. This is one pretty graph. Would love to hear any explanations for how both the R&D voters in AR and ND could be synchronized like this that don't involve a control algorithm....
