This is how the algorithm can be broken: If we have prepared our number of voters in a given county to have a credit line of the phantom voters to apply as needed, if our target for Trump in this algorithm is 45% and 70% of the people that county actually show up and vote for Trump, there isn't enough left in the planned ballot total to add that 30% even as phantom voters and make Joe win. So - this is where the panic start happening and you get calls from China telling your databases to just dump 20k votes for Trump at a go...we'll clean it all up later after Biden is in office........
