I was able to see a recording of the panel talk in SD that I was a part of and I owe @RealSKeshel an apology! I stated that the numbers that he mentioned with regard to Wisconsin didn't matter, but in not explaining, that appeared rather rude, which I did not intend! So, what I meant there is this: Focusing on the actual numbers for any event that occurred DURING the election hides some of the apparent intent. The picture here is a snippet of the WI data that shows the "F" curve. You can look at the numbers and see that Biden got a REALLY big amount, but that wasn't the intent. If you look in the column of %Trump/%Biden, taken as a percent - anything over 100% means the electors of that state go to Trump. Anything under 100%, Biden. You can see here the REASON for the exact numbers that were given to both Trump AND Biden at this time were PRECISELY calculated to move the ratio from 107% (Trump) to 99% (Biden).
