The reason this Brunson SCOTUS case COULD be THE MOST IMPORTANT CASE IN US HISTORY is because it deals with the lynch pin issue to solve nearly all the problems we face from the federal all the way to the local level.
The SCOTUS is NOT reviewing the elections in this case.
What is being reviewed by the SCOTUS is the accountability of government officers to the their Oath of Office under Article VI of the Constitution.
By now, nearly everyone reading this post would have asked their SOE or other officials if they remembered their "Oath of Office" and came to the conclusion they are ignoring it.
Our government officials are acting like they are above the law.
With this "first impression ruling" the SCOTUS has a historic opportunity to reestablish the accountability built into the oath to the Constitution.
If the SCOTUS rules that the Oath to the Constitution MUST be upheld, you would essentially bar any officer who broke their oath from holding office and strip all BS statutes the local, state and federal officials hide behind claiming immunity.
YOU ARE NEVER IMMUNE FROM VIOLATING THE US CONSTITUTION!
It would also set the precedent that EVERY government official will be held accountable to their oath to uphold the Constitution down to the local level.
Most importantly, Sheriffs would be duty bound to uphold your individual rights.
