Nerfs: Twinshot, Double Trouble, Hextech Heart, Irresistible Charm, Junkyard, Makeshift Armor (I, II, III), Sharpshooter, Sniper's Nest, So Small, Spell Blade, Triforce (I, II, III), Thieving Rascals, Twinshot Soul.
Removed: Hextech Unity, Hextech Crest, Scholar Crest, Woodland Trinket.
