Marble caves. Chile

There is a peninsula of marble caves in a freshwater glacial lake called General Carrera Lake.
The carving in the caves is the result of the movement of glaciers millions of years ago. Reflecting the icy blue waters of the lake that separates Argentina and Chile, the solid marble caves look almost unreal because of their swirling colors. The intensity of the walls varies depending on the water level and depending on the time of year.
