New Updates

• add statistic collector (now you can get statistics of your bot with this feature).
• add active group call collector (now you can get the list of all active group call in current time).
• add blacklist & whitelist chat (now you can restrict a group chat from using your bot, with this the bot will leave the group you blacklisted).
• add list generator of blacklisted chat (use this to generate the list of all blacklisted group chat).
• restrictions button (from now on the sudo user & bot owner commands menu button only can be accessed by sudo member and the bot owner and normal user which is not a part of your bot can't open it).

Bug Fixes

• fixed bug in updater and restart function.
• fixed bug userbot leave from group call when the song is not finished.
• fixed bug thumbnail/cover not appear and says error: 'user.id not found' in logs.
• fixed bug 'already joined into group call (py-tgcalls)'.
• fixed bug in control button at stream panel (while the button pressed is giving a same answer because it can't detect if there's any active group call or no).
• fixed all issues related to youtube-dl.
• fixed broadcast function.

new var added [OWNER_ID] set this var to be able to access the bot owner commands.
