For the past few weeks I've been considering redesigning this boy.

His new name is Yei-Cipactli (Yei for Yeici for short), he is now an independent character (not a TFed character) and his eyes are now a bright cyan to show his ectoplasm manipulation powers.

He's still language locked. He can only speak Esperanto, just like before; and needs a pocket translator to communicate with others.
