A few weeks ago, unbeknownst to me at the time, Paula J. Frede | Lin Wood

A few weeks ago, unbeknownst to me at the time, Paula J. Frederick of the State Bar of Georgia called my then (now former) lawyer defending me in the Wade, Grunberg, & Wilson, LLC litigation and asked if he would cooperate in having me submit to a mental health examination.

Her statements conveyed that there was a factual basis for a mental health examination by the State Bar of Georgia. There is no such factual basis.

Paula’s statements conveyed a false and defamatory gist about me published to a third person without privilege. Her statements constitute actionable slander under Georgia defamation law?

Do you think Paula and the State Bar of Georgia (which authorized her statements in the call) should be sued for slander?

Of course, I am just asking for a friend.
