I have today requested that the Georgia Supreme Court stay the State of Georgia political agenda-driven “disciplinary” action against me in light of the pending federal case filed against the members of the grievance committee demanding an unjustified mental health examination.

The motion is posted below.

There are important issues of due process, free speech, and privacy rights which need to decided in the federal case. A resolution of those issues will undoubtedly impact the grievance complaint.

I MUST fight back for fairness and the rule of law. If the enemy can treat me in this unlawful manner, what will the enemy do to you?

P.S. Plus, in order for the State Bar to hear the grievance it filed against me, the Bar will have to get ALL new, unbiased committee members as the present members now have a conflict of interest due to being sued in the federal action.

P.P.S. I wonder what the actual attorney-members of the State Bar of Georgia think about their money being wasted by the Bar socialist “hierarchy” pursuing a political witch hunt against me?
