Federal Judge Timothy C. Batten has been acting a little strangely too. He was “assigned” the civil rights case I filed against the State Bar of Georgia Grievance Committee members.
Batten has been sitting on my motion to disqualify him for weeks. No action. He should have ruled quickly.
Then suddenly today, Batten enters an order setting a hearing on that motion and my motion for a preliminary injunction for May 13!
Wow, 2 days before the election for the Chair of the SCGOP on May 15.
