I am an attorney myself and to be honest when I first started practicing, I was wide-eyed, bushy tailed and ready to zealously represent my clients. As the years progressed, I started to fall out of love with the profession because it became the mundane task of finishing my paperwork, making as much money as I could to stay afloat and going about my robotic day fulfilling deadlines. I can agree, Lin, that the legal profession like many others has wilted like a flower. I hope one day, like you, lawyers change and improve the world for the better and not simply exist for the dollar and creating unnecessary red-tape. God bless!
