NICOLE J. WADE DEPOSITION UPDATE

The Court did not rule on the motion filed by Nicole J. Wade.

Thus, Wade was obligated under law to appear today pursuant to the duly filed and served Notice of Deposition which as to a party is the equivalent of a subpoena.

Wade’s sworn deposition would have revealed the TRUTH.

The lawsuit filed by Nicole, Jonathan D. Grunberg, and G. Taylor Wilson is frivolous. It was filed on their behalf by their attorney, Andy Beall of Buckley/Beal in Atlanta, in an effort to smear my name and extort money from me that is not owed to them.

I will be posting shortly the video record of the proceedings today.

I will have more to say about this frivolous lawsuit as the day progresses.

Every lie will be revealed.
