Has HB 6003 been enacted in Florida? Are vaccinations excluded as a treatment or are they encompassed as an acceptable treatment? Why does the Florida legislature feel this new law is necessary at this time? I have NOT studied the legislation in depth at this time but I would urge the citizens of Florida to do so.
