My past decodes/research has shown that Valletta Malta is used as a "bridge" between Tunisia and Italy/Europe for human/drugs/guns trafficking. The SMC Tunnel will connect Malta through past Ardennes Wallonia (Alice in Wonderland) and through to Sweden where Wallenberg (Wolf) resides.
Twin Trains are symbolism that's meant to mock the Twin Flame Union of the divine feminine and divine masculine energies which create Christ Consciousness within us. They will leave a "drainage" tunnel between the Twins and 4 access tunnels, 2 of which are called Wolf and Mules. Wolf is the Beast/Satan in the bible and mules symbolize crossbreeding which God prohibits.
The trains are similar to the NY Twin Towers sacrifice of 9/11. The Cabal brought down the towers (11 balance/imbalance) to mock the union and to manipulate the 9th chakra (God comms) and gain satanic powers.
