As health officials struggle to persuade hesitant Americans to take Covid-19 vaccines, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine (R) introduced a plush new incentive Wednesday: $1 million cash payments, randomly doled out to five lucky Ohioans who have received at least one vaccine shot.
The state will use federal coronavirus aid to fund this incentive program, DeWine said.

This is not news from Babylon Bee, it's true. To be injected with an experimental vaccine is already participation in the lottery. Taxpayer money will go to a lottery for the vaccinated
