BIG TECH CENSORSHIP HEADING TO SCOTUS:

On February 19th, the Supreme Court of the United States will be deciding whether or not to hear a legal case filed by Laura Loomer and Freedom Watch against Google, Apple, Facebook and Twitter. Loomer will be represented by attorney Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch. Their lawsuit claims that these Big Tech companies have been practicing anti-competitive and discriminatory practices against conservatives in coordination with each other to silence conservative voices online.

The case dates back to 2018, when Loomer and Klayman sued Google, Facebook, Twitter and Apple over allegations that the platforms violated the First Amendment, the Sherman Antitrust Act and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act.

This is the first time a case of this magnitude against the Big Tech Tyrants has been petitioned for review in the United States Supreme Court, the highest court of the land.

As the 2020 elections proved all throughout the world , Big Tech tyranny and social media censorship is a pressing issue of growing importance for American citizens, and following the deplatforming of President Donald Trump while he was still a sitting President, global leaders expressed their outrage and concern over the power these companies wield. In response, Trump’s bans and documented instances of Big Tech election interference in numerous elections around the world have promoted other countries including Mexico, Russia, Poland, and Uganda to take actions against Big Tech censorship.

If the Supreme Court decides to accept Loomer and Klayman’s case, it has the chance to set landmark precedent regarding the most pressing issue currently facing the world: Big Tech censorship and Big Tech’s unchecked, monopolistic power.
