The Sleeper of Tollund.

This man lived in the 3rd or 4th century B.C. He was about 40 years old when he was hanged. It is believed that this was a sacrifice or execution for a crime. The corpse had lain for more than 2,000 years in an area of peat bogs near the village of Tollund in Denmark.

It was found in 1950 by brothers Viggo and Emil Hoigord.
