When we don't know what love is, we confuse it with feelings. Love is not a feeling and it's far from being because a feeling it's unstable and has it's polarity as energy in motion. We believe that feelings are the most beautiful things we have, yet we suffer when confuse Love with a feeling, expecting that all we feel is Love as we go from bliss to apathy. Love is the Higher Center of ourselves, which frees us from suffering and difficulty. Love is above feelings as it's the cosmic energy that comes directly from Source and it can only turn our lives into an experience of peace, joy and happiness, that we access when we tap into our Heart Center, putting our focus on the Heart's Energy. Love is a conjunction between our lower mind and the higher mind. It can only make us see the beauty that it exists in us and in everything outside of us, accepting others as they are without trying to change, judge, ironise or misstreat them.
