2021-11-24 18:04:33 A military that is administered according to the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is one that cannot help but decline in readiness and lethality. It populates its worker base with people who are not selected for their ability, skill, or merit to fulfill the function or purpose of the organization, but rather simply to embrace DEI.
Since publishing my book, I’ve seen many good people, including veterans, join in the fight to return our military to non-partisanship, to a focus on readiness. I’ve also seen the Biden administration and the Austin Defense Department double down on a DEI pressure campaign in combination with draconian vaccine mandates that are deliberately purging approximately 5% of our active military forces.
