Hey Guys,

This week has been one hell of a roller coaster ride. FUD coming from us at all angles and taking the overleveraged crypto markets into the red.

Despite all this news though, we cannot forget that this week was perhaps one of the most important weeks of this year when it comes to Bitcoin adoption. That is because on Tuesday, El Salvador became the first country in the world to adopt Bitcoin as a legal tender.

The signifigance of this cannot be over stated. I mean this literally when I say that it could be the start of the unwinding of the modern monetary system - the first cracks in its veneer.

Of course, whether it really will change things for the better depends on how well things go in El Salvador. It has been an uphill battle for the country and there are many multinational organisations and inter governmental agencies that would like to end the experiment right now.

In my video today, I will be giving you everything that you need to know about the legal tender. I will be giving you a monetary history of El Salvador and explaining why the president decided to take this path.

Then I will take a look into the challenges the country still faces and analyse whether this move was mere hopium and hype or whether there could be something more.
